Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Subject
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the relationship between the Institut de Psychologie Contextuelle and participants in the ACT masterclass with Dr. Russ Harris.
2. Booking
Booking is made online via the LearnWorlds platform. A booking confirmation will be sent by email after payment validation.
3. Pricing
Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars. Prices may vary depending on booking conditions (Early Bird, standard rate, group rate).
4. Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their booking according to the conditions set out in the cancellation policy.

The training content is described on the website. The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme if necessary, while maintaining quality and learning objectives.
6. Liability
The organiser disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the masterclass. Participants are responsible for their own insurance.
7. Governing law
These TCS are governed by the laws applicable in Canada as well as by the laws of the province in which the relevant event takes place. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that province.
